Responsibilities:

Ministry Logistics & Customer Service:** Manage all aspects of CGOM **product fulfillment**, including processing, packaging, and shipping orders. Serve as the primary point of contact for CGOM **customer service** inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.*.

**Financial & HR Administration:** Process and manage **payroll** for all staff and caregivers with exceptional accuracy. Maintain the CGOM Directory and records for staff time-off/scheduling

Office & Guest Management:** Execute general office duties, manage supplies, and ensure the professional presentation of the office/Success Lab environment, offering a welcoming presence to all guests..

Self-Management & Leadership:** Demonstrate proactive leadership by independently managing workload, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring all deadlines are met with exceptional quality and professionalism*.
