Part Time Administrative Assistant/Ministry Services Coordinator

We are adding part time office staff to our Mt. Juliet team.

Duties will include; processing and shipping documents, greeting guests at the front desk, managing guest bookings, customer service and other duties related to these things.

A pleasant personality and the ability to work accurately and independently are important for this position.

We use booking software and a customer database so experience with using software and attention to detail are key.

We have a laid back, professional office environment. The goal is to master work goals while maintaining a positive, distraction-free workspace.

Duties will include:

  • processing and shipping ministry documents
  • greeting guests at the front desk
  • customer service
  • working with an online ministry group
  • monthly newsletter
  • other duties as assigned

We use Word, Excel and other software along with a customer database. Experience with using software and attention to detail are key.

We have a laid back, professional office environment. This is a small office and this person must be able to work solo yet reach out for help when needed. The goal is to master work goals while maintaining a positive, distraction-free workspace.

The position is 20-25 hours per week, M-F. Pay starts at $16 p/h .

Summary: The right person for this position is detail oriented, will put the duties of the job first while at work, is able to work part-time hours during the 9a-5p workday, is at ease with computer software, enjoys solving problems and can work independently.

The position starts with 20 hours per week between the hours of 9a-5p M-F. This position can become full-time based on your passion and availability.
