Part-Time Office Administrator – Mt. Juliet, TN

Are you a highly organized, cheerful, and tech-savvy professional looking for a part-time role in a high-end, dynamic work environment? We are seeking a Part-Time Office Manager to be the welcoming face of our Mt. Juliet, TN office. This role is a perfect blend of administrative expertise, customer service, and digital savvy. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for all our clients, who are primarily business professionals and ministry leaders

This is more than a typical front desk job. We’re looking for a proactive individual who can seamlessly blend top-notch customer service with efficient administrative support and creative social media management.

Position Details:

  • Location: Mt. Juliet, TN (a suburb of Nashville)
  • Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours per week.
  • Compensation: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience and aptitude

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the First Impression: Greet and assist our professional clients and ensure every visitor has a five-star experience.
  • Run the Show: Provide administrative support to our leadership team, managing payroll and various office tasks, order inventory, etc.. Proactively assess needs to ensure that things are done.
  • Support Fulfillment: Assist our fulfillment director with processing and shipping document orders as needed.
  • Admin Support – Manage administrative duties onsite and for other locations and staffing matters.
  • Manage Our Digital Presence: Create engaging content and manage our social media accounts to showcase our brand and connect with our community.
  • Maintain Our Environment: Ensure our office space is always inviting to guests, goodies are stocked and you know who’s here, coming and going.
  • Self-Starter – Smoothly navigate challenges that may arise with ease and flexibility.

Part Time Admin. Assistant/Ministry Services Coordinator

Duties will include; processing and shipping documents, greeting guests at the front desk, managing guest bookings, customer service and other duties related to these things.

A pleasant personality and the ability to work accurately and independently are important for this position.

We use booking software and a customer database so experience with using software and attention to detail are key.

We have a laid back, professional office environment. The goal is to master work goals while maintaining a positive, distraction-free workspace.

Duties will include:

  • processing and shipping documents
  • greeting guests at the front desk
  • customer service
  • working with an online community
  • monthly newsletter
  • social media managing
  • other duties as assigned

A pleasant personality and the ability to work accurately and independently are important for this position.

We use Word, Excel and other software along with a customer database. Experience with using software and attention to detail are key.

We have a laid back, professional office environment. This is a small office and this person must be able to work solo yet reach out for help when needed. The goal is to master work goals while maintaining a positive, distraction-free workspace.

The position is 20 hours per week, M-F. Pay starts at $18 p/h .

Summary: The right person for this position is detail oriented, will put the duties of the job first while at work, is able to work part-time hours during the 9p-5p workday (specifically 1p-5p), is at ease with computer software and being a part of online communities. enjoys solving problems and can work independently.
