Firstly, we want to thank you for your business and your amazing professionalism in 2022.
We have a small but mighty space. Your visits made last year one for the record books. We launched in February 2020, and have continued to thrive in our amazing Mt. Juliet community. Much of that has to do with you!
Our goal is to continually make SLMJ the hub for executive, hourly office rentals in Wilson County. We want you to be able to get work done, meet clients or just change your work-from-home view for a few hours in a space that you’ll always feel welcome and want to come back to.
EVENTS – We have been hosting great events for up to 50 people. From small groups in the conference room, to seated meetings for up to 40 in the Full Suite. We’ve even had a few baby showers, book club meetings, book signings and an amazing music listening session. We’ve also had great corporate gatherings from places like Starbucks, Timberland, and others. Let us know if we can help you plan your next get-together.
RATE REDUCTIONS – As of Jan 5, 2023 our rates for future bookings are:
Private Office – reduced from $25 to $20 per hour.
Work Desk – reduced from $15 to $10 per hour. (This is a quiet space – please book private office/conference room for calls or meetings)
Conference Room – reduced from $35 to $30 per hour.
Full Suite – remains $100 per hour during office hours and $125 after hours.

OFFICE HOURS – Currently we have reduced hours until we get new staff members on our team. We are currently open from 11a-4p M, W, TH, F . This may make booking tight, so please book as early as possible. You have 24 hours before your booking if you need to cancel, so that someone else can have access to your time. Expect an amazing gift for your patience as soon as our new team members are hired and trained!

BULK DISCOUNT TIME CREDIT – One of the amazing things that we have implemented for 2023 is the use of Bulk Discounted Time Credit for booking space.
No more monthly charges!
Credits have a discounted hourly rate and last for 1 year. They are also transferable. You can share it with a friend, family, or colleague.
Just book the time from your account and anyone can use it with your permission. To purchase just log in to your account and click the amount you’d like to purchase. Then use the credits instead of cash for your bookings. You can always get more.

GUESTS – We love that many of you are meeting with guests. During your visit, please remember that guests should wait in the waiting area near the elevator.
Let your guests know that they can feel free to get coffee, water from the fridge, etc. They can also wait with you in the space that you have rented (office, conference room).
The main area inside the SLMJ is to be kept clear at all times. This helps to maintain that quiet, professional atmosphere that many of you enjoy. Not following this could prohibit future visits (we don’t want that).

PROVIDENCE PARKWAY BUILDING – Our building is a lovely space and a thriving business community.
BUILDING GUIDLINES that SLMJ as a tenant and our guests must follow:
1. There is a strict no solicitation policy to keep you, us, and our neighbors free from distraction.
2. The conference room near the elevator is not part of your booking agreement. Last year we were made aware that a few of our guests were using the conference room near the elevator. That is a violation of building policy. That space is by reservation, for building tenants only.
During your booked time with us, please enjoy your access to the kitchen, coffee and common area waiting space near the elevator.
